Bespoke Mentoring

You are an intuitive woman in business who wants growth or change in your business but don’t want conventional approaches or traditional coaches.

Here’s why you don’t want the conventional or traditional:

  • You work with intuition, soul, and energy. It’s not linear, logical or conventional. Any business approach has to honor how you work.

  • You sense or perceive the possibilities that are coming as we move more fully into New Earth and Aquarius energies, and know that what we are building will not be built from or follow old paradigms.

  • You know that you are not going to grow by working hard. It will be by following your intuition, getting out of your own way, and claiming your power.

  • Most business coaches don’t understand what it’s like to be intuitive or spiritual, and as a result don't understand why they have to not apply traditional business norms – because they invalidate all of who you are.

I create custom containers that meet the needs of each individual woman. I do this because each person I work with is at a different stage of her journey, moves at a different speed and has needs unique to her business.

This is for when you are moving through a crisis, transition or up-level. Includes weekly support for the first 6 weeks followed by every other week. Supplemented with on-demand voxer support.

Includes one 90-minutes session to help me know and perceive your highest potential. We clarify how you’d like energetic support. Then we speak as needed on Voxer.

Intensives

Spend a day together (virtually) both of us working in and on your business. This is often used for the implementation of tech things and marketing.

  • Can include defining staffing needs, posting for and vetting candidates, interviews and final contracts.

  • May include professional development and training for team members. Training and development for how to work more cohesively as a team. One popular choice is Human Design readings for team members and periodic support in staff meetings.

  • In-person and onsite meetings with you or your team. May be used when you could use a neutral witness to company culture and people dynamics in order to bring things back into alignment with the company’s heart.

  • I step into your course, program or services as a client or customer to offer feedback and support up-leveling.

  • Any type of business you have is perfect. What is more important is that you have been following your energy, listening to your intuition and creating a way that honors both.

  • Due to the nature of this work, I do not offer refunds. Please take the time you need to decide if we are a fit and that the support you want is in alignment with what we’ve discussed in our discovery conversation.

  • I do offer payment plans. Let’s discuss what you are thinking during our discovery call.

    For every 4 full paying clients, I offer one scholarship. I currently reserve those spots for women of color.

  • I have great regard and respect for coaches. Through their extensive training they have gained the skills to ask the just right question to help someone discover for themselves the awareness they need. Because I honor their work I rarely refer to my work as coaching. I am not trained as a coach.

    A mentor is someone who has the skills and experience in the areas of support you are seeking. In my case, it is business, spirituality and intuition. In a good mentoring engagement, you are able to learn from their experience. Mentors are guides and wise counsel as they walk alongside you on your journey.

    In my mentoring style, I will ask deep questions but I also consult, share opinions, give feedback, offer reflections, acknowledge your growth, validate your experiences and access my intuition to provide the support you most need, as you need it.
